Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 August 2026. By creating an account or using Meowreach you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Meowreach ("we", "us"), operated by Meowreach (beta) — sole operator, Poland, is a tool that helps you write and send personalised cold-email sequences from your own connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox. We provide the software; the emails are sent from, and by, your mailbox.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person or organisation per account unless we agree otherwise.

3. Acceptable use — anti-spam (important)

You agree that, when using Meowreach, you will:

Only email people you have a lawful basis to contact (e.g. a genuine B2B legitimate interest), and comply with all applicable law — including GDPR/ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM, CASL and local marketing rules.
Never upload purchased, scraped or rented lists, or addresses obtained without a lawful basis.
Send truthful content with an accurate sender identity and subject, and include a working unsubscribe/opt-out — and honour opt-outs promptly.
Not send spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing or infringing content.
Not exceed your mailbox provider’s limits or use the service to evade their anti-abuse controls.

You are the data controller of the contacts you upload; we are your processor (see the Privacy Policy and DPA). You are responsible for your lists, your consent/legitimate-interest basis, and your compliance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section to protect recipients, our providers and the service.

4. AI-generated content

Sequence copy is generated with AI as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and editingeverything before it is sent. We do not warrant that generated copy is accurate, compliant or fit for your purpose.

5. Fees

Meowreach offers a free tier and paid plans. During the current beta the service is provided free of charge. When paid plans launch, pricing, billing and any trial terms will be shown at checkout and incorporated here; paid features are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Deliverability — no guarantee

Email deliverability depends on your domain reputation, mailbox provider, list quality and recipient behaviour, which are outside our control. We provide tools (a gradual send-cap ramp, sending windows, bounce/opt-out suppression) but do not guarantee inbox placement, open, reply or deliverability rates.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Meowreach software and brand. You own your content, campaigns and contacts. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process them to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or, on the free tier, EUR 100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill.

9. Suspension & termination

You may stop and delete your account any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach (especially Section 3), legal reasons, or risk to the service, giving notice where practicable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here and, where significant, notified by email. Continued use means acceptance.
