Help & FAQ
Common questions about sending cold email with Meowreach.
How does Meowreach send my emails?+
Your campaigns are sent from your own connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox — not from a shared Meowreach server. That means your emails come from your real address and inherit your own sender reputation, which is far better for deliverability than a generic bulk sender.
Will my emails land in spam?+
Deliverability depends mostly on your domain reputation, list quality and how human your copy reads. Meowreach helps with a gradual send-cap ramp (new mailboxes start slow and build up their daily volume), randomised sending windows, automatic bounce and unsubscribe suppression, and personalization that avoids templated-looking mail. We can’t guarantee the inbox, but these are the levers that matter.
How do I connect my mailbox?+
Go to Mailboxes and sign in with Google or Microsoft (if you’re signed out we’ll take you to sign in first). We request only the permissions needed to send your campaigns and detect bounces/replies. Your access tokens are encrypted at rest and never shared.
What happens when someone replies?+
Meowreach detects the reply and automatically pauses the rest of the sequence for that person — so no one who already answered keeps getting follow-ups. For now you answer from your own inbox — an in-app Inbox is on the roadmap.
How do unsubscribes and bounces work?+
Unsubscribe. You choose the opt-out mechanism per campaign: a one-click unsubscribe link (default), a “reply STOP” instruction, or off. On top of whatever you pick, every message also carries the standard List-Unsubscribe header (RFC 8058 one-click) — so Gmail and Outlook show their own native “Unsubscribe” button next to your email, which mailbox providers reward. Anyone who opts out goes on your suppression list and is never emailed again, across all your campaigns.
Bounces. We watch every send. A hard bounce suppresses that address immediately. And a per-mailbox bounce circuit-breaker auto-pauses a campaign the moment its bounce rate crosses a safe threshold — so a bad list can’t quietly torch your sender reputation. You reconnect / clean the list, then resume.
How many emails can I send per day?+
Meowreach sends up to 50 emails/day per mailbox. A new mailbox starts at 20/day and adds +5 each healthy day until it reaches the 50/day ceiling — a gradual ramp that protects your reputation. Sends are spread gradually across your sending window, not fired all at once. Your provider’s own limit (~100–500/day for a healthy Gmail/Outlook account) is the outer bound.
Does Outlook work as well as Gmail?+
Yes. Outlook / Microsoft 365 mailboxes are fully supported — sending, bounce detection, reply auto-pause and the send-cap ramp all work the same way as Gmail.
How does personalization work?+
Use merge tags like {first_name}, {company} and {position}, plus any custom column from your CSV (e.g. {industry}). Each recipient gets their own values filled in. You can also add spintax like {Hi|Hey} for natural variety across a list. The editor shows live coverage so you know how many contacts have data for each tag.
Is my data safe?+
Access is scoped so you only ever see your own data, mailbox tokens are encrypted at rest, and traffic is encrypted in transit. We don’t store per-recipient open/click analytics. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture, subprocessors and your GDPR rights.
What’s free, and what’s paid?+
During the current beta everything is free. The forever-free plan keeps 1 mailbox and 3-step sequences. Paid plans (coming later) unlock more mailboxes and longer sequences — you’ll always see exactly what a plan includes before paying.
How do I delete my account and data?+
Settings → Delete account removes your account and all its data. You can also email hello@meowreach.com for a data export or any privacy request.
